निः॒सालां धृ॒ष्णुं धि॒षण॑मेकवा॒द्यां जि॑घ॒त्स्वऽम्। सर्वा॒श्चण्ड॑स्य न॒प्त्योऽ ना॒शया॑मः स॒दान्वाः॑ ॥१॥
niḥsālāṃ dhṛṣṇuṃ dhiṣaṇam ekavādyāṃ jighatsvam. sarvāś caṇḍasya naptyo ’nāśayāmaḥ sadānvāḥ.
Smite the rootless, the bold, the one-seat plotter; strike him. Let all the brood of the fierce one perish; may we ever pursue them.

निर्वो॑ गो॒ष्ठाद॑जामसि॒ निरक्षा॒न्निरु॑पान॒सात्। निर्वो॑ मगुन्द्या दुहितरो गृ॒हेभ्य॑श्चातयामहे ॥२॥
nir vo goṣṭhād ajam asi nir akṣān nir upānasāt | nir vo maguṇḍyā duhitaraḥ gṛhebhyaś cātayāmahe
We drive you out from the cattle-pen, from the goats, from the byre and the mangers. We expel you maidens from the houses by the Maguṇḍī maiden.

अ॒सौ यो अ॑ध॒राद् गृ॒हस्तत्र॑ सन्त्वरा॒य्यः । तत्र॑ से॒दिर्न्युऽच्यतु॒ सर्वा॑श्च यातुधा॒न्यः ॥३॥
asau yo adharād gṛhas tatra santv arāyyaḥ | tatra sedir ny ucyatu sarvāś ca yātudhānyaḥ
Let that house below be the place for misfortune; there let the stake be fixed, and all the Yātudhānas be confined there.

भू॒त॒प॒तिर्निर॑ज॒त्विन्द्र॑श्चे॒तः स॒दान्वाः॑ । गृ॒हस्य॑ बु॒ध्न आसी॑ना॒स्ता इन्द्रो॒ वज्रे॒णाधि॑ तिष्ठतु ॥४॥
bhūtapatir nir ajatv indraś cetaḥ sadānvāḥ | gṛhasya budhna āsīnās tā indro vajreṇa adhi tiṣṭhatu
Let Bhūtapati drive them out, and Indra ever be our guardian. Seated at the house’s foundation, may Indra stand above with the Vajra.

यदि॒ स्थ क्षे॑त्रि॒याणां॒ यदि॑ वा॒ पुरु॑षेषिताः । यदि॒ स्थ दस्यु॑भ्यो जा॒ता नश्य॑ते॒तः स॒दान्वाः॑ ॥५॥
yadi stha kṣetriyāṇāṁ yadi vā puruṣeṣitāḥ | yadi stha dasyubhyo jātā naśyatetaḥ sadānvāḥ
Whether you belong to Kṣatriyas, or are sent by men, or born of Dasyus—be destroyed, O haunting spirits.

परि॒ धामा॑न्यासामा॒शुर्गाष्ठा॑मिवासरन्। अजै॑षं॒ सर्वा॑ना॒जीन्वो॒ नश्य॑ते॒तः स॒दान्वाः॑ ॥६॥
pari dhāmāny āsām āśur gāṣṭhām ivāsaran | ajaiṣaṁ sarvān ājīn vo naśyatetaḥ sadānvāḥ
We have encircled your abodes like a thong rushing round an ox-post. I have conquered all your she-goats; be destroyed, O haunting spirits.
